if you try to write it out yourself, connect the 3 with the <, then turn it sideways, it should sort of look like a heart. that's why when IMing, people write that <3 for a heart or love. :)
You could also go to Insert on the tool bar thing and go to symbols. It should have millions of symbols to put and also have the code to do it.
