this question i have answered so many times that i have stopped thinking.
i am answering this without thinking
before hen was there on the earth an egg was laid by union of two different varieties of birds, and due to mutation as a consequence of unknown factors the egg developed into chicken so egg came first.

Having had sexual relations to both a chicken and an egg, I can firmly say that the chicken did come first!
